Thailand is a beautiful, tropical country lined with magnificent beaches. There’s no better place to be after a hectic holiday! Join me and Clark Gardens for a getaway to Thailand, if only for an afternoon.

In this class you’ll learn the basics of some of Thai cuisine’s most revered dishes and flavors that are characterized by sharp but harmonious contrasts in flavors and texture - borne of a judicious combining of hot components such as spice pastes and cooling elements like coconut milk.

In addition to tantalizing your senses with the delightful use of aromatic herbs, spices, fruits, and vegetables, you will learn the necessary tips and techniques that will give you the confidence to recreate this palate-pleasing cuisine any night of the week. Our gastronomic tour of this vibrant Southeast Asia fare will include these dishes:

  • Boh Biah Tote (Fried Spring Rolls with Chili Garlic Sauce)
  • Som Tum (Green Papaya Salad with Chilies and Lime)
  • Gaeng Kiow Wahn Gai (Green Curry with Chicken)
  • Gluay Buat Chiis (Bananas in Coconut Milk)
